To deactivate the two factor authentication

1.Go towww.dotarai.com and login to your account. Select the "Profile" tab to bring up a list of your profile.

2. Click on the “Two-factor authentication” button.

3.Re-login with your password and click “Login” button.

4.Click "Deactivation" button.

5.Click "Yes" button.

6. Click the "OK" button and re-login to apply the change.

Can't log in with two-factor authentication

1.Go to www.dotarai.com and login to your account. using your account information then click on the "Can't log in" button.

2.Enter your username and mobile number (the number that has been used to activate the two-factor authentication), then click "Send" button.

3.The system will send a revoke code to your mobile number.

4.Enter revoke code and click the "Confirm" button.

5.Click "OK" button and re-login to apply the change.
