How to submit your proof of payment

1. When you have completed your payment, please proceed to login to your account at https://register.dotarai.com. Click on the Shopping Cart (1.1) tab and select the Upload a Bank Slip (1.2) menu. Your order records will be listed. Please click on Upload a Bank Slip (1.3) next to the order you have recently paid for.

2. Fill up information related to the method of payment, including the Bank Account (2.1), the transferred amount (2.2), as well as the date and time the transaction was completed (2.3). Kindly attach the image file containing the proof of payment (2.4) and click Upload (2.5).

Submit your proof by scanning or taking a photo of the bank slip and upload the image file. When DotArai had received a legit proof of payment, a confirmation message will be sent to your email.
