How to request a quotation for a register, renew or transfer request?

1. In order to request a quotation, make sure you have completed the necessary procedures to register, renew, or transfer your domain(s). Once completed, the system will display your order confirmation, as shown in the image below. From there, you may click the “Quotation” button to proceed.
   
   

1. After clicking the “Quotation” button, your quotation will be generated, displaying your purchase order in detail. You may print the document by clicking “Print” button.

You may either print the generated quotation immediately, or save it to your device. Please keep in mind that this quotation is generated from our database using the information submitted to us when you requested to register the domain. Should you wish to make any changes to the content displayed in the quotation, or wish to retrieve the original copy of the quotation by mail, please inform us via email: support@dotarai.co.th.
